From skeptic to superfan
The hotel impressed me with its diverse dining options and exceptional pool facilities where my kids had a blast. The friendly staff made dining delightful, ensuring a great experience.
Unfortunately, I experienced long waits for drinks during peak hours, which detracted from the all-inclusive experience. I felt the entertainment options lacked variety and engagement.

Had an awesome time with friends! The pools were perfect for relaxation and fun, and our rooms were well-kept. We loved the location close to stunning beaches and enjoyed tasty meals in nearby restaurants. For a peaceful retreat, this area is perfect. Don't miss out on the local shops for some great souvenirs!
One downside was that the drinks could have been better, especially during peak hours. they were often weak and took longer to get.

three distinct pools, well-maintained gardens, dedicated entertainment staff
The air conditioning could use significant improvement!!! The indoor kids' club lacked ventilation and felt like an oven during the day!!! the toilets by the pool could really benefit from more frequent cleaning!!!

Family-friendly with plenty of activities
The hotel features multiple pools, including a fantastic water slide that my kids loved, providing endless fun for the whole family. The restaurant staff, especially the manager, was accommodating and made dining pleasant, offering a variety of freshly prepared meals. the rooms, while spacious, could use slight updates for a more modern feel.

The Standard Family Room was pretty spacious and clean, which was a plus. Air conditioning worked well, especially in the heat. The only downside was that the beds could have been a bit softer for more comfort. There’s a fridge for drinks, and it was nice to have regular maid service. decent set up for families with some room for improvements.

The food was well cooked with a good variety at every meal, but the real star is the stunning ice cream at the pool bar. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable room that was conveniently located near all amenities. The staff at the restaurant were particularly friendly, making our dining experience delightful.
The air conditioning in my standard room was quite poor for July, making the heat a bit unbearable. Plus, the indoor kids' club could definitely use some air circulation. it's just a cramped space with old toys.
